Home/Commercial AdviceBuilding Maintenance Advice and Correct Action  Taylored Maintenance understand that the common home owner must have a working knowledge of many systems in their house to survive without a handyman on a monthly basis. We encourage this activity and would like to offer our advice services to those of you who find yourself needing a little help. To make the whole thing fair, there is a trip charge, which is refunded if we take on the job.
Here is how it works
Step 1. YOU HAVE A PROBLEM! Let us know...
Be it in the middle of your upgrade, repair, or service, sometimes things go wrong. With decades of handyman work, we have seen many of the issues you are now facing. Relax, Snap a couple pictures (3-5) of your problem, and either fill out the form here, or give us a call. The point is to contact us and explain your problem as best as you can (we'll request photos in the next step) and send it to us.
Step 2. We come running!
We can look over your shoulder, or actually get in there and take a look. Once we can see what we are dealing with, we can then prescribe a course of action.

When Taylored Maintenance knows how or what you are dealing with, we can agree to move to come out...
A 20 minute inspection, with diagnosis and explanation is roughly 1 hour of time:
$100 in service area.
$100+ $2.99 mile outside service area
